The purpose of this page is to offer a new way of nominating and voting for new board members and venues.  We are proposing this format in an effort to ease the pressure on our Genral Membership meeting.  The General Membership meeting is on Reunion Sunday.     

VOTING PROCEDURES

Go to the link supplied below “BOARD MEMBERS” to cast your vote for the nominees that are listed for each board position.  Then go the link supplied below “REUNION 2013” to cast your vote for the next reunion venue.

Be sure to go back to the main Association page and click on the Reunion 2011 link so that you can register for this year’s fun, Reunion 2011.  Please get your hotel reservation’s in early at the host hotel - Marriott at the City Center.  The Association needs your help to fill these rooms.  Thanks!

On-line voting for new board members and reunion venues will be available from 1 April - 10 June, 2011.  Of course, votes will be accepted throughout the reunion weekend and tallied during Sunday’s General Membership Meeting. 

Voting results will be posted to the website by July, 2011.
