Regis Phillips

 

 

 

Regis Phillips, like Robert Rayback, was a World War II Diver. He attended the 2007 Reunion in Savannah and became an instant friend to many of us who met and spent the weekend with him. He was quick with a joke, loved to laugh and seemed to live his life to the fullest.

Regis was proud of his Army Diving days and was excited to have spent the weekend with 6 other generations of Army Divers. He will be missed by all of us who knew him but it is fair to say we are all a little richer for having known him. Rest in Peace Regis.
